TAB Construction is seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator to support field operations and production teams in Nebraska. You will develop short-term production schedules, coordinate concrete pours, and move equipment between projects while coordinating with superintendents and foremen to keep work progressing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain short-term production schedules and project lookahead plans.
• Coordinate concrete pours, material deliveries, and supplier communication.
• Schedule and coordinate equipment movement between projects.
• Work directly with superintendents and foremen to understand upcoming work activities.
• Communicate production plans and operational priorities throughout the organization.
• Coordinate manpower needs and assist with workforce planning.
• Identify potential conflicts, resource shortages, or scheduling issues before they impact production.
• Serve as a communication link between field personnel, project teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress and assist with problem-solving as operational issues arise.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to planning, scheduling, and field operations.
• Utilize company technology and management systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Assist in reducing delays, confusion, and rework across projects.
• Support leadership in achieving company production and operational goals.
