Job summary

Heartland Concrete & Construction is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to support field leadership and Project Managers on active commercial construction projects. This field-based role connects daily jobsite operations with project management through work planning, trade coordination, logistics, documentation, and Procore management.

The position reports to the Project Manager and works closely with Superintendents, Foremen, general contractors, and other trades.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration.
• Strong understanding of field workflows, plans, and schedules.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Procore experience strongly preferred, including RFIs, submittals, and change events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field logistics, plans, and milestones with project leadership.
• Submit permits, document discussions, and track follow-up actions.
• Manage Procore drawings, revisions, RFIs, and submittals.
• Track T&M tickets, quantities, and billable items for monthly billing.
• Maintain project logs, reports, and coordination notes.
