Kent Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day field operations on concrete construction projects within our National Mission Critical Division across the United States. You will assist with planning, scheduling, material coordination, and safety compliance while coordinating with clients, Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors.

This role involves extensive travel to jobsites in multiple states, requires strong communication and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of concrete construction or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete processes, field operations, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with ACI standards, safety requirements, and best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Frequent walking, standing, and fieldwork on active construction sites.
• Ability to lift materials and equipment up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Tolerance to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation to the workplace and job locations
• Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
