Job summary

• Manage the planning, coordination, execution, quality, safety, and financial performance of asphalt and concrete construction projects from turnover to closeout.
• Serve as a primary link between Operations, field crews, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and management to ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Conduct frequent site visits, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee safety programs, documentation, and communication of project progress and changes.
