Job summary

TAB Construction is seeking an experienced foreman to lead daily concrete construction operations and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials on highway, street, and site projects in Nebraska and Iowa.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to plans and specs, monitoring production, maintaining schedules, and reporting daily progress while promoting a strong safety culture and professional development for crew members.

Qualifications

• Concrete construction experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of concrete construction practices and safety.
