Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to plans and specs, monitoring production, maintaining schedules, and reporting daily progress while promoting a strong safety culture and professional development for crew members.

Qualifications

• Concrete construction experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of concrete construction practices and safety.
