Job summary

Softroc Of Utah is seeking an Outside Sales Representative – Construction (Concrete Preferred) to drive growth in the Charlotte area. You will close company-provided opportunities and develop new business through homeowner, contractor, and real estate professional relationships, while aligning sales with marketing campaigns.

This performance-driven role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and a clear path for advancement, with base pay plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required (concrete preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.
• Commitment to integrity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person sales appointments and estimates
• Close company-provided leads and generate new business
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals
• Support and execute marketing campaigns through aligned sales strategies
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Participate in trade shows, networking, and referral programs
• Accurately track activity in CRM
• Manage schedule independently and meet performance benchmarks
• Conduct all business ethically and professionally
