Job summary

Foundation Building Materials is seeking an Outside Sales professional to drive growth through strong B2B relationships and value-driven solutions. In the field, you’ll uncover opportunities, support clients, and fuel long-term success.

You will engage with contractors, architects, designers, and building owners, delivering compelling sales presentations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across markets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Construction sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• At least two years sales experience in building materials preferred.
• Knowledgeable about fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, and accessories is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations in coordination with internal or vendor sales representatives.
• Attend required company trainings and essential vendor trainings.
• Support FBM Foundation in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
