Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers so that organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages and notify the resident of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects/assignments.
