The position operates 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and involves clerical tasks, reception duties, and ensuring a positive image of the Community. High School diploma preferred; strong English communication and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; strong English communication.
• Typing and familiarity with business machines desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks with instruction.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Greet residents, employees, guests and vendors and provide directions.
• Record payments, reservations, appointments and cancellations.
• Open/close reception, secure files and equipment.
• Attend trainings and follow supervisor instructions.
