Job summary

The Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC seeks a Concierge to warmly meet and greet residents, guests, and vendors each day. As the first face visitors see, you will provide professional hospitality and respond to inquiries with a service mindset.

This PRN position requires working one weekend shift per month, with standard shifts Monday–Saturday and Sunday options. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience, with benefits like flexible scheduling, daily pay options, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects/assignments.

Position Summary:
