Job summary

Cypress of Charlotte is seeking a friendly concierge to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and outside service providers with warmth and professionalism each day.

Based at 3442 Cypress Club Drive in Charlotte, NC, this part-time role requires one weekend shift per month. The workplace offers an engaging environment, employee recognition, an EAP, parking, daily pay options, discounts, and a resort-like campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives while ensuring others feel served.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in a log, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects/assignments.

Position Summary: Responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. As the first face someone sees when visiting our community, our concierge team members must be hospitality-focused.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects/assignments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
