Colleyville Vision Associates is seeking a warm, capable Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our optometry practice. You will greet patients, answer the phone, schedule appointments, and help patients understand their care pathway with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Patient-facing experience or front desk/medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for a warm, capable, and dependable Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.

Your Mission

To create an exceptional first impression at every interaction—whether welcoming a patient into our office, answering the phone, scheduling an appointment, or helping someone understand the next step in their care.

You will help ensure that each patient feels recognized, cared for, and confident that they have chosen the right practice.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Answer phones and assist patients with kindness and confidence
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Verify patient information and insurance benefits
• Assist with check-in, checkout, forms, and payments
• Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, and team members
• Help maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front office
• Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
