Colleyville Vision Associates in Colleyville, TX, is seeking a warm, capable Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our upscale optometry practice. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help with check-in and payments, while ensuring a friendly, organized front desk experience.

Ideal candidates are personable, professional, and comfortable learning new technology.

Qualifications

• Genuine friendly and enjoys helping people.
• Communicates professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable multitasking.
• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in following through.
• Is confident using computers and learning new technology.
• Has clerical, scheduling, customer-service, or medical-office experience.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Your Mission

To create an exceptional first impression at every interaction - whether welcoming a patient into our office, answering the phone, scheduling an appointment, or helping someone understand the next step in their care.

You will help ensure that each patient feels recognized, cared for, and confident that they have chosen the right practice.
