You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help with check-in and payments, while ensuring a friendly, organized front desk experience.

Ideal candidates are personable, professional, and comfortable learning new technology.

Qualifications

• Genuine friendly and enjoys helping people.
• Communicates professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable multitasking.
• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in following through.
• Is confident using computers and learning new technology.
• Has clerical, scheduling, customer-service, or medical-office experience.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
