GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Shift Lead Officer in Las Vegas, NV. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and leadership, supervising security officers, and maintaining safety across shifts in retail, office towers, hotels, and more.

The position requires at least 1 year of supervisor security experience, valid PILB and Driver's license, and the ability to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid within 7 days of offer.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of Supervisor experience in security (Shift Lead or higher).
• Excellent coaching abilities to grow the force and reputation positively.
• Excellent people skills for growing and maintaining the force during your shift.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering success.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• Valid Driver License.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 7 days of offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Supervise and coordinate security officers on shift.
• Observe and report activity at assigned location.
• Perform patrols on foot and by vehicle.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Write detailed reports and maintain logs.
• Inspect and maintain security equipment.
• Document unusual activities and incidents to management and authorities.
