Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Concierge Security Guard for Goleta, CA. The role centers on surveillance, monitoring security systems, and rapid incident response. A strong eye for detail and reliable reporting are essential.

You will work full-time grave shifts (10:00pm-6:30am or similar) with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Prior front desk or customer service experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32h BSIS trainings (training can be obtained during hiring)
• Must have Customer Service/ Front Desk Experience
• Front Desk duties and security responsibilities
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
