GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Concierge Security Shift Lead Officer. You will lead a team on shift, ensure top-tier customer service, and patrol the site to deter threats.

Strong communication and report-writing skills are essential. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, a valid PILB and driver license, and the ability to obtain CPR/AED/FIRST AID within 7 days of offer.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 21+ years of age or older
• 1 year of security supervisor experience (Shift Lead or higher)
• Excellent people skills and leadership abilities
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID within 7 days of offer

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe, survey, and report activity at the assigned location.
• Perform patrols on foot and by vehicle to deter threats.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate security officers on shift.
• Document and report incidents to site management.
