Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.

• Valid PILB in hand.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient with laptops, computers and electronic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe, survey, and report activity at the location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed incident reports.
• Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Manage lobby access control and maintain order in the lobby area by checking IDs.
• Patrol on foot regularly and be able to stand, sit, or walk as needed.
