GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to excel in customer service while managing access and safety across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role emphasizes strong client interaction, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, and uniform is supplied. Eligible candidates must meet basic screening, possess 21+ years of age, and hold required licensing.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement supervisory experience
• You have a state license if required
• CPR/First Aid
• You have access control and customer service experience
• 40 hours of site training
• You are at least 21 years of age
• You have an active DCSO License

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Computer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control)
