Job summary

The Carriages of Bloomington is seeking a friendly Concierge (Receptionist) to welcome residents, families, and visitors, answer phones, and support daily operations in our assisted living community.

As part of a compassionate TEAM, you will handle multi-line calls, greet guests, and assist with clerical tasks while maintaining a clean, secure environment and delivering respectful, person-centered care to our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check, fingerprinting, medical tests, and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephones and direct callers to the appropriate person.
• Greet and direct visitors and vendors.
• Address residents' requests and complaints promptly.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assist with other clerical duties such as data input, photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
