Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Richmond, VA seeks a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its concierge practice. You will deliver relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
