Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge-style outpatient practice. The role emphasizes relationship-based care, manages 8-10 patients daily, with a collaborative team and on-call rotation.

Starting salary is $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 annually upon reaching a full patient panel. The package includes PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and a 401(k) with 4% match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
