Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, physician-led concierge medical group in Richmond, VA. This outpatient-focused role supports high-quality primary care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness.

Compensation starts at $250,000 annually and increases to $300,000 annually upon reaching a full patient panel. Work is Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation and robust benefits including PTO, CME allowance, malpractice

Qualifications

MD/DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with interest in preventative health.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
See 8-10 patients per day.
Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
Share equal call responsibility.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
Ensure accurate documentation.
Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
