Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge group in Richmond, VA. This outpatient role includes an on-call rotation and a starting salary of $250,000, rising to $300,000 with a full patient panel.

The practice emphasizes prevention and wellness with a collaborative, team-based environment and comprehensive benefits to support long-term patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Virginia medical license.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Commitment to preventative health and wellness.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
