Job summary

Hire Consulting Services in Richmond, VA is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge primary care practice. The role is outpatient, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an on-call rotation.

The compensation starts at $250,000 annually and increases to $300,000 once a full patient panel is reached, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with 4% match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
