TheStarting salary is $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 upon reaching a full patient panel. The role features Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation.

The practice emphasizes relationship-based primary care, comprehensive teamwork, and preventive health, with full administrative and clinical support to allow physicians to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
