United Future in Richmond, VA is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its concierge, physician-led team. This outpatient role features Monday–Friday schedule, an on-call rotation, and a focus on relationship-based care.

You will see 8-10 patients per day, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure thorough documentation, and contribute to preventive health and wellness. Competitive compensation grows with full patient panel, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
