SourcePro Search, LLC in Richmond, VA seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge, relationship-based practice. The position is outpatient only with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Starting salary is $250,000 annually, increasing to $300,000 upon reaching a full patient panel. You will provide high-quality primary care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and foster long-term patient relationships focused on

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.

Formation
