Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligibility for credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by emphasizing prevention and wellness.
