MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service to residents, families, and guests in a welcoming, professional manner. The role supports sales through inquiries and tours while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth experience day-to-day.

The position requires a high school diploma and prior experience in customer service or hospitality. The schedule includes Wednesdays 2pm–7pm and Thursdays–Fridays 9am–1:30pm, with wage DOE and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a positive experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Answer and route calls, provide accurate information, and connect callers with the right team member.
• Assist with administrative tasks, maintain a welcoming reception area, and support daily operations.
