Job summary

TheKey is seeking National On Call Coordinators to provide concierge-level afterhours and weekend telephone coverage and scheduling support for multiple locations across the United States. As a local representative of each location, you will handle calls and transactions with professionalism and attention to detail.

You will manage inbound tickets, deliver exceptional service to caregivers and clients, and maintain thorough records.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Prior experience in phone-based customer service, particularly handling high call volumes, is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound tickets and potential live calls.
• Provide exceptional service to caregivers and clients via phone and email.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of transactions and requests.
• Resolve tickets through clear communication and coordination with field teams.
• Accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Demonstrate reliability with punctual and consistent attendance.
• Maintain professional demeanor with caregivers, clients and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
