WRMC, Inc. is seeking a polished Concierge for a luxury multifamily community in Austin. You will welcome residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted contact for daily needs while upholding privacy and high professional standards.

The role emphasizes discretion, superior service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Previous hospitality or concierge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Education & Experience
