A luxury multifamily management company in Austin is seeking a Concierge to provide warm and professional service to residents and guests. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and preferably experience in hospitality. Responsibilities include managing building access, assisting residents with their needs, and maintaining confidentiality. This full-time role requires working overnight shifts from Friday to Tuesday.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
