Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Concierge 2 in McLean, VA to deliver high-touch service to employees and guests. You will manage access, serve as information center, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with facilities and transportation teams to ensure seamless workplace experiences.

This contract role requires 1-3 years in hospitality or related fields, exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estate knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams, leading or following respectfully and cooperatively.
• Track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building access badges and serve as information center for building/area.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Organize and maintain lobby/front desk areas.
• Collaborate with facilities and transportation teams to deliver services.
• Proactively identify needs and potential risks to prevent disruptions.
• Build relationships with employees and guests to enhance service.
• Support third-party vendors and partners to maximize service delivery.
• Deliver intuitive, high-touch service and exceed expectations.
• Provide administrative and operational support for soft services.
• Perform any additional duties as required.
