Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the primary contact for inbound prospects, delivering a white-glove experience via phone, email, and text.

This role offers an early-career path into senior leadership within a premium healthcare environment, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule (10:00am–6:00pm PT) and remote eligibility in listed states. Competitive compensation includes OTE $110,000–$120,000 and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles.
• Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Speed-to-lead: promptly respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and priorities.
• Educate on Sollis’ care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors to support high-touch conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Support facility tours and onboarding across markets.
• Provide feedback to improve sales materials and processes.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically.
