Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as a primary contact for prospective members. You will engage inbound leads with a high-touch, response-driven approach, delivering a premium onboarding experience.

The role supports a Sunday–Thursday shift (10:00am–6:00pm PT) and is open to remote work for a defined set of states in the U.S., offering exposure to Sollis’ membership model and sales process with clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• Handles inbound membership inquiries via phone, email, and text with a white-glove approach.
• Drives speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
• Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
• Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets)
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coord
