Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the information hub for residents, families, staff, guests, and visitors across the community. You will greet guests, route inquiries, and support light computer processing duties as appropriate.

This role emphasizes warm, professional service, strong telephone skills, and the ability to manage appointment books and assist residents with concierge tasks, while helping keep the lobby welcoming and orderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone system; able to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors upon arrival.
• Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner.
• Offers refreshments to visitors (coffee, water, etc.).
• Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.
• Manages beauty and barber appointment book.
• Acts as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone/cable issues, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.).
• Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash.
