Job summary

JobLeader is seeking a Concierge Assistant in Atlanta to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will greet guests, share local information, and arrange dining, transport, and entertainment upon request, while keeping the lobby inviting and orderly.

Prior hospitality experience is welcomed but not required. A polite, proactive attitude and fluency in English are essential, with visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates.

Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel guests. Your main duties will include greeting and welcoming guests, answering their inquiries and requests, making reservations and arrangements for dining, transportation, and entertainment, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby area and assisting with any other duties as assigned by the Concierge Manager.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. This position is suitable for men with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.

Salary: 1500$ per month
