Job summary

NovaMart Procurement is seeking a courteous Concierge in Atlanta to serve the Malayalee community. You will welcome guests, help with check-in/out, arrange transportation and reservations, and share local attractions information.

This contract role requires flexible hours including evenings/weekends, with accommodation provided. Malayalam language skills are highly preferred to assist guests and ensure culturally attuned service.

Job description

We are seeking a courteous and efficient Concierge to join our team catering specifically to the needs of the Malayalee community in Atlanta. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests from Kerala India.

Your duties will include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
• Arranging transportation
• Making reservations
• Providing information about local attractions

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Malayalam being highly preferred.

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. You will be required to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of the Malayalee culture and traditions as well as knowledge of the local area.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

As a Concierge you will be the face of our company and must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
