Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Concierge for our Capital Region team to serve as single point of contact for homeowners. You will partner with sales reps and other departments to provide a tailored level of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes building strong homeowner relationships, coordinating measure scheduling, paperwork, and post-install follow-up, with a pay range of $27.45–$39.75 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office software.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Create homeowner's job file.
• Schedule homeowners' technical measure, install date, and reminders.
• Work with Retail Service Reps and Scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.
• Conduct post-install phone call and survey.
• Resolve any post-install situations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Pay Range

Organized PAY RANGE: $27.45 - $39.75

Profit Sharing

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
