Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Concierge for the Capital Region to deliver Signature Service by acting as a single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project. You will partner with sales reps and other departments to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.

The Concierge will build relationships with homeowners, schedule technical measures, install dates and reminders, and work with scheduling teams to move jobs forward while resolving paperwork issues

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Create homeowner's job file.
• Schedule homeowners' technical measure, install date, and reminders.
• Work with Retail Service Reps and Scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.
• Conduct post-install phone call and survey.
• Resolve any post-install situations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Pay Range

$27.45 - $39.75

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
