White Lodging in Richmond, VA is seeking a friendly Concierge to elevate guest experiences at our premium hotels. You will anticipate guest needs, provide timely information, and coordinate services with departments to ensure memorable stays.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, a strong communicator, and a team player who can adapt to busy hotel environments. You will build local knowledge, maintain a polished appearance, and help guests with reservations, transportation, and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Provide highest quality service to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Assist guests with reservations, information, and transportation.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services and local area; answer questions with thoughtful recommendations.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns.
• Assist with food and beverage in the concierge lounge and maintain lounge.
• Build positive working relationships.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
