You will anticipate guest needs, handle reservations, provide local recommendations, and assist with transportation arrangements while maintaining a polished professional presence.

You will collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless service, resolve guest concerns, and support lounge operations. A positive, service-driven attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services and local area; answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Help resolve guest complaints or concerns.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador by presenting a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
