Job summary

Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager – Concierge Desk to lead a licensed team serving high-value traders. You will drive coaching, proactive outreach, and professional development while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior service.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 or 9/10 Licenses.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing operations.
• 4+ years experience managing customer-facing teams.
• Strong management toolkit with a track record of developing employees.
• Integrity and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in a high-paced proactive environment.
• Understanding of customer profitability to craft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead 12-15 licensed Concierge Desk team members to achieve outstanding results.
• Develop agents in value-added conversations and up-selling via outreach.
• Coach and mentor team to meet asset growth metrics and quality standards.
• Provide service in a live-support and proactive outreach setting.
• Foster professionalism, customer advocacy, and regulatory compliance on the team.
• Serve as a trusted contact for top traders across Options, Margin, Equities, and Day Trade regulations.
• Collaborate with Middle-Office, Back-Office, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Identify and document recurring customer inquiries for engineering fixes.
• Create unique customer solutions through problem-solving.
