Job summary

Clarendale West End in Nashville, TN, is seeking a resident-focused Hospitality Coordinator. You will greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage daily front desk duties, and help maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 12pm–4pm (occasional weekends); hourly pay $19, plus benefits including 401k with employer matching, health and vision insurance, life insurance, Paid Time Off, and Daily Pay.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a luxury property customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Tech-savvy with strong telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while meeting organizational objectives.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

Clarendale West End is recruiting for a resident focused, Hospitality Coordinator. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 12pm-4pm (Occasionally weekends)

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Hospitality Coordinator:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Tech Savvy
