Job summary

Clarendale Six Corners in Chicago is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge for a part-time schedule. You will meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers with warmth and professionalism, serving as the first face visitors see daily.

Shifts include 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-8:00pm, and 12:00pm-8:00pm; starting wage is $18.50 per hour. Perks include a 401k with employer match, health and dental insurance, paid time off, daily pay, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:
