Job summary

Clarendale West End is seeking a part-time Hospitality Coordinator to warmly greet residents, guests, and vendors on a daily basis. You are the first face visitors see, and you will manage telephone coverage with strong customer service while supporting office tasks.

The role involves handling deliveries, coordinating maintenance requests, and assisting the Business Office Manager with various projects, with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.
