Clarendale Six Corners is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge in Chicago to warmly greet residents, guests, and vendors. This part-time role requires flexibility across shifts including some weekend hours.

You will handle telephone coverage, log deliveries, and assist with light maintenance requests, ensuring residents feel well cared for in a welcoming community environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational and customer needs.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipts, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

Clarendale Six Cornersis recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Part‑time opportunity, must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including some weekend hours. Shifts options include 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-8:00pm, and 12:00pm-8:00pm

Salary: Starting at $18.50/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
