Job summary

Clarendale West End in Nashville is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism in a luxury senior living community.

You will be the first face visitors see, delivering exceptional service and coordinating daily activities to ensure resident satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette, multitasking, and Microsoft Office familiarity are essential. Schedule is Monday–Friday 12pm–4pm, with occasional weekends; hourly pay is $19.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and serves individuals well.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify residents.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

Clarendale West End is recruiting for a resident focused, Hospitality Coordinator. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 12pm-4pm (Occasionally weekends)

Salary: $19 hourly

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Hospitality Coordinator:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Tech Savvy
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
